Zippo’s 540 Color process allows for complete coverage of the lighter surface with full color, durable designs. Hinges and bottom stamps are laser cleaned to allow for peak performance and easy date stamp verification, but otherwise every single surface of the lighter can be covered seamlessly by this new process. The imagery in this custom lighter is that of a mountain scenery.
